About the Artist

Rachel Harley started her career as a Fine Art Enameller, working with prestigious jewellers such as Solange Azagury-Partridge, English Heritage and Ingo Henn. 

Always interested in discovering new ways to express her artistic flair, Rachel fell upon the medium of mosaic. 

Rachel wasn't satisfied with leaving it there so with the help of a Neon Artist she's taking mosaics to a new level. The results are the pieces you will see on this website.
